The BENEFICIARIES have a clear policy on personal data, in accordance with the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The information provided by the registered users of the website are used exclusively for the management, administration, extension, improvement and personalisation of our services. Also for the sending of interesting information on the services and products available to customers of the BENEFICIARIES , and not in any case will they be transferred to third parties.

The BENEFICIARIES have adopted the legally required levels of security on protection of Personal Information and will attempt to adopt any other additional technical means and measures at its disposal in order to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and stealing of personal information yielded to orthoSIM. Despite of it, the customer shall be conscious that security measures on the Internet are not infallible.

The users have accepted the rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition with respect to their personal details. The user, or legal representative, will exercise these rights through request directed to info@orthosim.com, where he/she may explain his/her request and reasons supporting its representation.

The BENEFICIARIES may use cookies when a user makes a purchase in orthoSIM, that are exclusively employed to allow the appropriate management of the payment protocols.

The cookies that can be used on the Portal only associate with the browser of a determinate computer (an anonymous user), and will not supply the name or surname of the user, nor any other personal detail. The user has the option to configure his/her browser, in order to receive a warning on the screen that he/she is receiving cookies in his/her hard disk and to stop the installation of them.
